How to claim money  from PDIC?

I experienced claiming insurance from PDIC after a bank where I deposited money closed down,
You must keep constant communication with your bank and PDIC.

PDIC will announce the date and venue for filing your claim.  The venue for filing and claiming is usually the bank where you deposited your money.
Be sure to follow the schedule and prepare all the proof of your bank deposits such as certificate of deposit and passbook or even deposit slips.  Prepare a picture and photocopy of valid IDs also.

Do note that PDIC covers a maximum of 500,000 pesos only. You can't claim anything more than 500,00 from PDIC.
