Pinoy Money Tips: Keep Cash in your wallet and coins in your pocket

At first, I added the keep cash on your wallet just to complete the rhyme. But there is a deeper meaning behind that money quote.  What I wanted to point out on this money tip is the importance of putting coins in your pockets.  Why?
The reason is...

Coins in your pocket will save the cash on your wallet.

How many times that the person in the counter ask you for coins? Or in fast foods restaurant (Jollibee, McDo), did you experience letting go  of small amount of money just because you or the person in the counter do not have enough coins?

They are just small coins BUT there are instances that the discrepancy can lead to 10 pesos and even around 20 pesos specially on paying taxi fares.  Say goodbye to your money if you and the driver don't have coins and there are no 'suking tindahan' around the corner.

Another reason on keeping coins is to save time. If you can hand over the exact amount over the counter, the amount of time that will be saved is significant.  The perfect example for this is the queue in MRT or LRT rides.
