Pinoy Money Tips: Have Multiple Source of Income

You enjoyed your routine sports exercise. You are so thirsty. so thirsty... so thirsty.  But there are no more running water from your faucet. The water supply was cut due to a scheduled maintenance. What will you do ?

You'll start to find other sources, right? You will search for the bottled water that you kept inside the refrigerator, look for other faucets, or ask the neighbors, right?

The same goes for money.  You can either look for your old piggy banks, look for other jobs, or ask your friends or neighbors to lend you money. For immediate and big needs looking for a new job might not works. Your neighbors may also have their own problems and cannot guarantee your immediate financial needs.

The best way to proactively cope with this issue is to have multiple source of income. Don't rely on a single faucet or job.  You can consider to have a passive income from company dividends, income from bank or time deposits,  have a sideline, earn money online, or  have a house or room for rent.

If for whatever reason that one of source of income fails, you have other alternatives to support your needs.
